Here are my rankings for the top 10 quarterbacks of 2010 in fantasy football. These rankings are good as of 8/28/2010.
1. Aaron Rodgers – The Packers look unstoppable. The only chink in his armor is if the offensive line lets him get dinged up.
2. Drew Brees – Just as explosive as last year. Tons of options and a high octane offense.
3. Peyton Manning – Mr. consistency. Puts up very good numbers year after year and has an easy schedule in 2010.
4. Tom Brady – Difficult schedule but now 100% recovered and Pats passing game looking sharp.
5. Matt Schaub – Has the best WR in the league to throw to. The Texans will continue to air it out.
6. Tony Romo – Stock has fallen a little bit after Cowboys preseason woes, but too much talent to let that continue.
7. Philip Rivers – Elite level QB but missing his WR1. Chargers do have an easy schedule though.
8. Eli Manning – Hakeem Nicks and Steve Smith give Eli two viable fantasy targets.
9. Matt Ryan – Roddy White and Tony Gonzalez will have his TD production up. Explosive offense.
10. Jay Cutler – If he can get his INTs down, could be a decent starter. Mike Martz will help.
